It's about time I drew this! I'd already drawn an Awakening wedding pic between Frederick and the female Avatar, and Ike x Elincia is my OTP for Tellius, so this needed to be made!
They're in slightly less fancy clothes because in my scenario, Elincia is not actually royalty anymore... Yeah, she lets Renning rule instead. It's kind of AU, I know. I also picture Ike being a bit more comfortable in boots rather than dress shoes. I colored his rose red and his suit silvery blue to kinda match his usual color scheme of red and blues. The people who attended the wedding are out of view at this point, so they weren't included (and that'd be a lot of work anyway).
Ike has a kiss mark on his cheek for fun. lol And he probably doesn't know it's there! XD
Background is a bit basic, but I really wasn't all too sure what to put there other than some buildings since they obviously get married in a town's church. I can imagine some giggles if this were to be their official wedding picture and Ike and Elincia's kids saw it.
Lalita: Oh wow, Father, you didn't have a silly goatee back then! You look so handsome! And Mother left a kiss on your cheek, that is so adorable!
Ike: Heh, thanks! And yeah, I actually didn't know that lipstick mark was there until we got to an inn room. Your mother purposely didn't tell me.
Elincia: And I never regretted it! *giggle*
Kael: Uh, Dad, why are you running? What was the hurry?
Ike: Well...er...um...
Elincia: He was just excited, weren't you, dear?
Ike: Yeah, that was it.
Lalita: Ha, knowing you, Father, you probably wanted to get out of those clothes.
Ike: *slight blush* That was just PART of it, okay?
Elincia: Hee hee, I knew that all the time.
Kael: Or they were in a hurry to do a certain something ELSE in their bed... *snicker*
Ike: Okay, that's enough. *slight glare*
Lalita: They HAD been waiting quite some time...*giggle*
Ike: I SAID STOP.
Elincia: Yes, that's not appropriate talk for you two.
Lalita: Okay, okay. *innocent grin*
Kael: Yeah, yeah. *punchy smile*
...What's funny is that's exactly what Ike and Elincia did that night...LOL Hey, they WERE waiting quite some time because legit circumstances, so can you really blame them?

Hey there, sorry I took so long to review this. Anyhow, I love it! There are very few pics of FE weddings, and this one is quite good. One thing I like it how Ike's hair is more presentable and yet still recognizable. I imagine that was tricky to manage. And, Elincia looks gorgeous. I am wondering, did she grow out her hair? I think she must've in order for it to coil that thicker about the back of her head. Still, hem of the dress and the designs about her chest are quite distinctive. I agree that Ike would be more comfortable in boots, and his duds do look more to his preference. I honestly think it would be funnier for him to be pushed into wearing something more elaborate, but the rose is well drawn and the running pose does get some...interesting images a-percolating. The lipstick on Ike's face? Nice touch. Although the background could've been better, it does have its charms. The detail on the cobblestones and the subtle alterations done by the shadows and the view through Elincia's veil shows keen attention to the finer points. And, that banter with the kids? Priceless! In fact, it actually reminds me of a gag I thought they, and Derek, might play on Ike once they start doing missions with him. I can elaborate if you like. Anyhow, thanks for making sure I didn't forget this, and great job. Catch you later.
