Yes, I decided to redo my concept art for Bryan, my favorite character in my Fire Emblem fanfiction. I just wasn't satisfied with the first one anymore. But anyway.

Bryan is a major character in the story. He commands the third platoon of the Talgrian Army and is the best friend of Skye. He looks a tad young for his age (22), but retains the maturity of a young man. Although he commands his men and fights with honor and respect, Bryan often doubts his own ability to lead and tends to make mistakes (such as forgetting to report to his superiors). Because of this, few people regard him as an efficient leader in the Talgrian Army, despite that he possesses exceptional lancing skills, knowing techniques that other soldiers of his experience level could not master until far later.
Even then, until meeting Azura, all Bryan ever knew for a long time in his life besides Skye's friendship was pain, loneliness, and a background shrouded in mystery. When clues to his deliberately hidden past finally turn up and a special someone who holds a place in her heart for him appears, things begin to change for the young lancer.
Bryan's skills and courage are put to the ultimate test when his father finally reveals the shocking and painful truth.
Bryan is certainly better in battle than he appears as well. He lacks a little speed and definitely has a resistance problem, but his HP, strength, skill, and defense are all high. Strength will especially be his calling card later on, and despite his slight lack of speed, Bryan will likely be fast enough to double several kinds of units anyway. Overall, he'll become the most powerful lancer in the story, if not one of the most powerful, and eventually, this does become essential.
